Getting Started

There is a wide variety of revisional surgeries available. Some patients convert to a different weight loss approach while others add an additional procedure such as a LAP BAND® or Band Plication to a previous surgery. About the Procedure
At Johns Creek Surgery, PC, almost 100% of our revision procedures are done using Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery (SILS). This involves making one single incision instead of multiple incisions, or large incisions. SILS has undeniable benefits which includes, less pain and scarring, and decreased risk of complications. Patients go home the same day of surgery and begin their normal activities within 1 or 2 days.
